Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, this includes the time it takes to pick, pack, and label your package. Time in transit is in addition to processing times and is dependent on the carrier and shipping destination. All delivery times domestic or international are calculated by your choice of shipping at checkout. Pre-order release items are estimated to ship approximately 4-8 weeks after the closing date of the pre-order sale. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states. Domestic orders with both in-stock and pre-ordered items will be shipped separately at no additional cost to the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to a vast majority of countries.

We offer the following International Shipping Services:

  • USPS First Class Package International
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International
  • USPS Priority Mail International
  • DHL Express

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All international packages are shipped duty unpaid, which means the customer will be responsible for any tax, duty, or other fees imposed by the customs officials that govern the destination country. We are unable to predict or estimate any amounts that may become due, nor do we collect any tax, duty, or other fees on behalf of the customer. 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS / TRACK MY ORDER?

We send updates via email throughout the various order stages, including an initial order confirmation email, a shipping notification, when your order is out for delivery, and once your order is delivered.  If you have not received an update, you can use "Contact Form" to receive on-demand order status information.

In addition, you can create an account with us to view current and previous orders and their respective tracking numbers.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

We cannot guarantee changes to shipping addresses can be made, address corrections depend solely on when we are notified.  If the order has not shipped or begun processing with our fulfillment center, it may be possible to change the address.

We recommend reviewing your order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, as it is imperative you notify us as soon as possible of any errors you find. 

To request a correction to your shipping address send us a message and include the following: 

  • Order Number
  • Complete NEW shipping address, (street number and name, city, state, and zip code)
  • Any other details such as phone number or email address that may be incorrect

If we can correct the shipping address in time, we will send you a new order confirmation which will reflect the requested changes. 

If your order ships before corrections can be made, you will need to contact the carrier.
